EVERYTHING IS HOMEMADE taste of the food is authentic. as for the ambiance it’s like a little piece of frederick’s burg definitely the spot to be when visiting laredo. Beer is made from scratch so don’t be expecting basic bs from them, they are a genuine hospitable bar/restaurant so be nice.

Saludos is such a great place to hang out! The staff is super friendly and the beer always hits the spot. My favorite is the TXMX lager. Also, "The Guy" pizza is delicious!

The staff is attentive and friendly. The variety and quality of beers is excellent. The food hits the spot when you've got the munchies. The patio area has helped the place feel less crowded, but even when there is a crowd you never feel overwhelmed. If you're visiting from out of town, do not miss this place.

Loooooove saludos! It is the perfect cozy and welcoming place to go to when you’re craving good beer and pizza! I love that they’re always having inclusive events that are so different from what Laredo is used to! From love island watch parties to Pilates in the patio, it truly is one of the best bars in Laredo! The owners are also always listening to feedback which is why they continue to stay on top! I stopped by the brewery with one goal in mind: to try their beers, especially the Hefeweizen. As soon as I walked in, Jasmin greeted me and was incredibly helpful—she answered my questions and offered a few samples to get me started. I ended up going with a flight, and the Helles Lager really stood out. I’d brought my growler along, and they were happy to fill it, which was a nice bonus. The whole visit left a great impression. The space had a cozy, welcoming feel, and the music added just the right energy—lively without being overwhelming. It felt like my kind of spot. I’ll definitely be back when I have more time to kick back and explore more of what they’re pouring.
